SafetyWe believe that no phase of construction operation or administration is more important than accident prevention. It is the policy of MPCC Corp. to perform work in the safest manner possible consistent with 29 CFR part 1926, Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry and procedures of good construction practices.

To fulfill the safety requirements of this policy, we organized an effective safety program to be carried out whenever work is performed. We believe that accidents, which result in personal injury and damage to property and equipment, represent needless waste and loss to all concerned. Therefore, MPCC Corp. maintains an extensive safety program with participation from all employees, subcontractors, and suppliers to the project. Outstanding performance records are expected and achieved through total commitment. This begins at the start of work and maintained throughout.

MPCC additionally seeks to instill this sentiment throughout an entire job site. It is a requirement of MPCC Corp. that before any subcontractor can begin work, that all subcontractors agree to abide by the requirements set forth in this Accident Prevention Program and that they fully understand the meaning of said program.
